My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spotless and checking in and out was a breeze, but the damp and wet conditions due to a leaking air conditioner made it a less than ideal experience.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to a great area of the Twin Cities, and the staff was nice and quick to answer our requests. The rooms were clean, but there were a few issues like noise disturbances and dampness. The service was a mixed bag, with some friendly and helpful staff but others not very personal. The dining experience was good overall, with a nice variety, but there were some shortcomings like running out of food in the mornings. The facilities were decent, nothing extraordinary.
